I wish I could give them 0 * They are rip off and never ever waste your money travelling with them . I paid for business class and no business lounge service was available and in a plane while we were Travelling from London to Pakistan was 9 hours flight only one snack was served which was one cookie and one small Kit Kat and a tiny sandwich. And the next meal was served almost 7 hours after that crap snack . The air staff was basically vanished through out and no coffee or drink service . We had to keep pressing the bells . When we pay more then £3000 for two tickets business class and we get served worse then economy??? I felt like I put my money in the bin by choosing the British airways My first and last time travel with them. I warn every one to be aware of those thugs and save your money and choose a different airlines like virgin or Arab Emirates or gulf etc . There was no vip check in or check out . While check in the staff was very rude and made me stand for almost hour looking into documents and was asking me to show her the original documents when I had all the original printed off and she was just a arrogant young girl with no knowledge and in the end some other lady who worked Their had to get involve and she told her that I have all the original documents and what else you need to see . Well barely made through from there and then no vip lounge . Well I understand it was a lock down period but they should have let us know before we booked a tickets that their will be no vip check in and no business lounge service would be available, they hide it until we were at the airport at the time of checking , they should have charged less money as no vip lounge and no vip check in both ways travelling . When I emailed the British airways to give me a voucher as we were unable to use most of the service and was charged normally they simply refused . Well now while we were on board the food was served tasteless and disgusting and no variety in food and the dessert was chocolate moose both time and it was so heavy that we couldn’t even eat that weird strong flavour .There should be better quality desserts or pudding instead of just plain moose which only little kids probably like it , well my boy didn’t even liked it. Well apart of this no one even came to ask for the tea when they served us the food while we had empty cups served with the food so we can get hot drink right after meal or with meal ,which never came . They only may be asked one of two people I could see from distance but never even bother to walk 4 steps further to ask for some drink . No juices or soft drinks options only water was given with food without even asking us may be we might fancy something else instead of water .Later I pressed the bell for the coffee because no one ask for any coffee or tea during the 9 hours journey but still no one came and then I had to walk to them every time I needed something .British airways I would like to say this personally that I hope your department read this that You should be ashamed on how you treat customers and rip of people . I’m so regretful that why on this earth I used British airways even after reading those horrible reviews while there were amazing airlines available like virgin gulf and better price values . I learnt my lesson by not listening to other customers with horrific experience.

British airways cancelled my flight twice within two months. I have booked through trip.com just because I have booked through agency now British airway pushing me to accept a refund only voucher which I refuse to accept but what did do with my money? End of the say I paid them through card payment and I should get a refund through my original payment method not just voucher. What shall I do with the voucher it seems they are forcing me to take British airways. I am sick of them. I don't want to use British airways anymore now and In the future. Said I have to book directly through them in order to get my full refund. It is ridiculous

SHOCKING

SHOCKING, SHOCKING, SHOCKING – LAST TIME I EVER BOOK COMPANY OR PERSONAL TRAVEL WITH South Africa BA.1. My experience over the last four days of trying to contact BA.- Call Centre – 011 921 0222 - I have spent 120 minutes of airtime just holding on. - Emails – I have sent a total of 13 emails to B A Domestic Regional email address – HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE REPLYThis is the second time in 30 days that I have experienced poor service from BA. Its Definitely time to move on to either Kululua or FlySafair.

HAVE NO MERCY, you deserve to be refunded.

.....7 Months laterFinally got my money back. My bank did a visa charge-back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERSThey need to be FORCED to refund you.You will literally have to pry the money from their hands. HAVE NO MERCY WITH THEM,Everyone is having a hard time this year and that includes you. Have no mercy and ask for your refund.

The worst airline

BA is the worst airline and I would really advice anyone to not book with them unless you absolutely have no choice. The reasons are as follows:1. You can only make the first booking on their website, but you cannot make any changes at all on their website. You just have to call their number and the wait times and hold times are the longest- a minimum of an hour on each call with them! 2. Archaic systems and processes- if you want to change the date or anything at all, the front office person talking on the phone with you is just not able to give you options. It's bad enough that we can't check and compare online and make changes, but we have to ask the front office for the prices for each date over phone, and each search of theirs has taken a minimum of 20 minutes of hold. 3. If you have questions around the price, difference, anything extra to pay, the front office is not equipped with that information. They say that they will write to back office and get back via email. 4. When I call them, most staff are incompetent, clearly. But the main issue is their archaic systems and processes. You are a company which won't be able to thrive for not being technologically advanced and convenient for your customer. The fact that BA has such bad reviews goes to show how much thought they put into customer experience and convenience. 4. The front office gives you the option to hold the booking and pay later on their website rather than bothering them on the phone, however their online website is so horrible that there's no such option to really make a booking/ reservation only.Very very disappointed and frustrated with the amount of my precious time that was wasted. I don't want to ever use them in the future and will recommend everyone I know to not use them.

Booked a package holiday for October…

Booked a package holiday for October and they have cancelled the outgoing flight with no alternative. Have been calling 0344 493 0787 their supposed ‘customer service helpline’ since December and no one ever answers, doesn’t even allow you to join a queue, just says we are too busy to take your call and hangs up, no matter what day or time you ring always the same. They don’t answer queries via Facebook and tell you to ask them via Twitter?!!! What if you are not on Twitter. Absolute joke of customer service once I get a refund il never book with BA again.

Booking ref: NJTOOP

Booking ref: NJTOOPI am a long term BA customer. On 11/01/2021 I booked a flight for myself and my friend using an e-voucher , I cancelled the flight 2 hours later, the BA cancellation policy states you can cancel within 24 hours without any penalties. I wash issued future travel vouchers instead on the original e-voucher I booked with. I tried to book a family trip to Turkey on 11/01/21 and was told I could use only use the voucher for myself and not for my family. I explained the voucher I was issued should have been an e-voucher and NOT a future travel voucher. I confirmed this when I cancelled my original flight and the customer service agent told me I would be getting refunded the way I paid, e-voucher. I feel very let down by British Airways. Over the last few days I have spent many hour speaking to their customer services teams in India, South Africa and London, they really messed up and are not putting it right for me. I wish I had just taken the cash refund when I had the opportunity, I thought I was doing the right thing taking a voucher and supporting British Airways future, it turns out once they’ve got your money they don’t care!

Refuses refund

I needed to cancel a May flight because of COVID. I was forced to accept a voucher. In fact BA canceled he flight. They refuse to give a refund even though the voucher is still unusable because of government restrictions. The reason given is the voucher I was forced to accept when all other phases of the trip were canceled and I could not get to departing airport or back from the destination

Good prices

Good prices, comfortable, but there were delays for both my flights and the crew was not that friendly.

Corona Crisis

Due to the Corona virus pandemic my flight was cancelled. British Airways offered me a voucher which I tried to explain that due to death in the family I could not use and would like a refund. Basically they refused to give me my money back saying i should accept the voucher. This was in March 2020 - I still do not have my refund and now pursuing this through my credit card. Why on earth is it taking so long - I will never use BA again.
